Baia Arcile – Villas by the Sea

Baia Arcile – Arcile Bay – is a Mediterranean style private residential complex situated in an exclusive area by the sea. It has a superb strategic location, midway between the Cities of Catania and Siracusa.

The Baia Arcile resort consists of 65 privately owned detached villas, built in a classic Sicilian architecture, each of them surrounded by, at least, 1000 sq m of private garden. The complex is closed for externals with an automatic gate and it is controlled 24/7 by a permanent security guardianship.

The nearest picturesque fishing village of Brucoli, with its shops, restaurants and coffee shops, is only 5 kilometers away. The city of Augusta is about 9 kilometers from the village.

From Arcile you reach the Augusta railway station in 10 minutes. Catania’s Fontanarossa airport is 20 minutes away. Catania, Siracusa and Sigonella NATO air base are reached in 30 minutes, and the Etna volcano and Taormina in an hour.

THE VILLAS WITH APARTMENTS

VILLA LE PALME is located in a pleasant hillside, ca 200 metres from the beach, and it overlooks the Gulf of Catania, the City of Catania and Mount Etna, of which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view.

VILLA MARE is located directly at the sea overlooking the Bay. Only a big lawn separates the Villa from the volcanic sand-beach and seawater.
